An Indian one pot meal. Beef cooked in spicy masala gravy and layeredwith cooked rice. A very tasty and delicious biriyani. Eventhough it takes time, definitely worth the effort!

Just a qq .. Do i need to add water to beef before pressure cooking ? how much ? I did that and ended up with way more water then necessary.

It will definitely give better taste. If you don't have curd, you can increase quantity of cashew paste and add 1 tsp lemon juice to get the sourness.
