I have used baby goat with bones. I usually get it from a Halal store. I like it with the bones than boneless. In this store, I don’t really mention a particular cut as such. They have with the bone and without the bone option.

  1. Is there an instant pot version of this recipe?
  2. What can be replaced for shallots?

@Mabel_Sequeira Shallots is the best. If not possible, you can replace with onion.
To cook mutton in Instant Pot instead of manual pressure cooker, cook on MANUAL HIGH-PRESSURE setting for 3 minutes.
