Kerala Style Mutton Curry - without coconut (Nadan Mutton Curry)

Easy, spicy Kerala mutton curry that can be prepared in no time. It goes well with porotta, any sort of rice variants ( ghee rice, pulao, normal rice) and any Indian bread.

Thanks .

Great Recipe. Tried it and it turned out excellent.

Thanks Deepak  Thanks for posting the picture.

How do you make sure mutton doesn’t become rubbery/chewy?

Afterthought, I should share a pic!

This recipe was WONDERFUL!! Just a thought, maybe you can also adapt your recipes for the Instant Pot and also maybe for some of the popular spice packs like Eastern Spices for Mutton, chicken, biriyani etc. I made this recipe in my Instant Pot but I was checking settings and times on the internet. Especially since I did add the potatoes as suggested. Thanks I will be trying as many of your recipes as possible!!
